Warden Tobin
About
This is the Dawn Gate. The bridge runs south over the strait: the low causeway, then the Midwatch on its rock - up its stairs onto the high deck - and down into Emberwatch. The temple, the bank and the market are there.
The Cinderreach lies beyond the gate of Emberwatch, and the Wardens let nobody under level 50 out into it.
