Reporting a problem
A good report gets fixed faster
Tell us these five things and we can usually find the problem on the first try.
- Your characterIts name, and the world it plays on.
- WhenThe day and the time it happened, with your time zone.
- WhereThe place in the game: its name on the world map, or what you saw around you.
- What happenedWhat you did, what you expected, and what you got instead.
- A pictureA screenshot or a short video shows it the way you saw it.
We will never ask for your password. Do not send it to anyone, not even to us.
