Captain Holt
About
Fair winds! The Gull sails from Dillei to every island with a dock - the further the sea, the dearer the fare.
Mind your back on the docks. Nobody here keeps the peace.
Where: in Troll forest and camp, 41 squares north-east of the temple (1505,1536)
Sails supporters to every other dock - the further, the dearer - and anyone home to Dillei. Pay in gold you carry; a fugitive (a white skull, or a red skull who attacked a player lately) pays thirty times the fare. The docks are no protection zone.

- Sea Legs (level 25) - gives the quest
